This hotel had everything I needed! The location was amazing - right in the center of everything, close to restaurants and bars and opposite the bus station. The hotel facilities were great: I loved having access to a private spa-center with saunas and a thermal pool, and the breakfast was a very complete buffet. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Rooms are in good conditions and clean. The spa facilities are enjoyable and very quiet. The public spa a few meters from the hotel is very busy and hard to relax while the one at the hotel feels empty therefore quiet.

It says on Booked.net that pets are allowed free of charge, while there is a charge of CHF5/day.

I had a fantastic time in this hotel! The hotel is perfectly located right in the center of everything, making it easy to reach everything in town. The rooms were very clean, with cozy beds and great views of the mountains. The breakfast was unbelievably delicious, with a great selection of options to choose from. The hotel spa was the cherry on top - it was modern, quiet and very relaxing.

The ski room could have used a bit of upgrading, but it was functional.

Good value. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with balcony. Good breakfast. Great mountain landscapes on the doorstep. Visits to the thermal spa are included in the price if that's your thing.

Not much wrong. Good value for Switzerland, which is an overpriced country anyway.

the cleaning ladies in the morning just open the door of the room without knocking (we have not even checked out yet). this was very impolite and unprofessional. they also make noise in the morning.

We spent our Xmas holidays in a mountain hotel. The thermal pool was very enjoyable after a whole day of skiing and the breakfast and dinner were abundant and varied. The hotel is located close to the skiing slope and also near the central spa. The WiFi was fast and free.

Our room was very small and cramped and we could barely move around. The ski room didn't have lockers and we were worried about leaving our equipment there.

Excellent value for money including 2 day spa access for the whole family with a one night stay. Generous breakfast. Super friendly staff.

very good price and nice location in the center of the village. breakfast was a bit lacking the first day, but I think I was just a bit unlucky about my timing. the second day it was really good. they also serve you good coffee to go with. nice to have their bath included, but it is small and indoors, so a visit to e.g. burgerbad is still a necessity :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to restaurants, bars, and the bus station. It made it very convenient for me to explore the area and try different dining options.
